• Create and manage travel destinations and packages
• Process and manage customer bookings
• Accept payments through integrated payment processors
• Generate embeddable booking widgets for external websites
• Manage customer relationships and communications

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
